📋 Introduction

To register and use pklu, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times. Failure to meet any one criterion may result in account suspension or permanent closure without prior notice.

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be a resident of Bangladesh or accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is legally permitted.
• You must not be self-excluded from gambling services or subject to a voluntary or mandatory exclusion order.
• You must register only one personal account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will be closed without refund.

👤 Account Registration & Responsibilities

When creating your pklu account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

• You must provide a valid email address, full name, and date of birth during registration. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• You are responsible for ensuring your password is kept secure. pklu will not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access due to compromised credentials.
• You must notify pklu support immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.
• pklu reserves the right to perform identity and document verification (KYC) at any stage, including before processing any withdrawal request.

Accounts that have been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. pklu will make reasonable efforts to contact you before any dormancy-related action is taken on your account.

💳 Deposits & Withdrawals

pklu supports multiple payment methods commonly used in Bangladesh, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, and other local bank transfers. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts may vary by payment method. Please review the cashier page for current limits before initiating a transaction.
• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned or held pending further investigation.

• pklu reserves the right to impose additional verification checks on any withdrawal that triggers our internal risk controls, including requests for government-issued ID, proof of address, or payment account ownership.

• Bonuses cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or used on restricted game categories unless the individual offer terms explicitly permit such use.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier is stated in each individual promotion's terms.
• pklu reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any promotion already accepted and in progress will be honored under the terms applicable at acceptance.
• Any attempt to abuse promotional offers — including opening multiple accounts, structuring play to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk, or using third-party funds — will result in immediate cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings.

pklu may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time by posting updated text on this page. Material changes — such as amendments to eligibility criteria, withdrawal policies, or bonus terms — will be communicated to registered users via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days prior to taking effect, where operationally feasible. Your continued use of the platform after such changes take effect confirms your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree, you must close your account before the effective date.

🏛️ Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the pklu platform shall first be submitted to pklu's customer support team for informal resolution. If informal resolution is not achieved within 30 days, either party may escalate the matter through appropriate legal channels. By using pklu, you irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh for any formal legal proceedings.
